Stationary Phases for Affinity Chromatography

Abstrakt

Stationary phases for affinity chromatography are reviewed. Attention is paid to the selection of supports (including new materials such as sol-gel derived materials, monolithic disks and imprinted polymers), their activation, method of immobilization and determination of immobilized ligands. Selected applications are summarized.
